1 Introduction

Welcome to 33pak, an English-language online gaming and sports betting information platform operated under the domain 33pak.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Site", "33pak", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between 33pak and any individual or entity (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform in any capacity.

4 Account Eligibility

33pak reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

5 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an Account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information in all mandatory registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it in the event of any change.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain its confidentiality at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you have authorised such activity.
• Notify 33pak immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

33pak will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Account security obligations. You acknowledge that 33pak will never contact you by email, live chat or any other channel requesting your password.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to safe and compliant operations, 33pak and/or relevant Operators may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before certain account features become fully active. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and in certain cases proof of source of funds. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may be suspended, restricted or closed.

6 Permitted Use of the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 33pak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Permitted use includes:

• Reading and accessing guides, game information, promotional overviews and responsible gambling resources.
• Using account management tools, responsible gambling features and support services made available through the Platform.
• Downloading or printing Content for personal, non-commercial reference, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Access or attempt to access the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Register more than one Account or register on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.

• Introduce any virus, malware, spyware, trojan or other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage or interfere with the Platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, chip dumping, arbitrage betting or any other activity that 33pak or a relevant Operator reasonably determines to constitute fraud or manipulation.
• Use automated bots, scripts or other non-human access methods to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of scraping Content or gaming systems.
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from 33pak.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse other users, Platform staff or support personnel.

Any breach of this Section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any pending bonuses or credits, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8 Deposits & Withdrawals

33pak provides informational overviews of payment methods commonly available to Pakistani players, including local references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and direct bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided as familiar local payment context only. 33pak does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or affiliate with gambling services. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where an Operator accepts cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC, ETH or USDT), users should be aware that: (a) cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; (b) the PKR equivalent value is subject to significant volatility; (c) network confirmation times vary; and (d) incorrect wallet addresses or wrong-network transfers may result in permanent loss of funds. Users must independently verify the legal status of cryptocurrency transactions under applicable Pakistani law before proceeding.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus values expressed in PKR are indicative examples and do not represent guaranteed amounts.

Third-party trademarks, logos and brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment providers and sports organisations — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership with 33pak.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pak, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any Content thereon.
• Any gambling losses, financial losses or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of an Operator's services, regardless of whether those services were described on the Platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

33pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 33pak has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other form of misconduct.
• You have failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• You are found to be below the minimum age requirement or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require 33pak to restrict access to the Platform from your jurisdiction.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the date of closure. Where a self-exclusion request is submitted, it will be processed as promptly as reasonably possible and in accordance with our Responsible Gambling obligations.

13 Responsible Gambling

15 Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
